The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was basic but well decorated and comfortable and lovely modern bathroom with great shower. The room was cleaned daily and our beds made which we didn't expect. The bar area, courtyard and common room were quirkily decorated and v comfortable. Great location not far from the Terminii and walking distance to most of the main sights. But the highlight was the great breakfast. A superb variety of good quality fresh food. You get a half hour slot for breakfast which is plenty. We had 3 courses... Yoghurt, fruit and muesli followed by savoury ( toast,/ bread with eggs, rice salad, cheese, meats and salad) and then a lovely variety of pastries with fruit juice and coffee. Very nice way to start the day. Left luggage on last day in secure cupboard. Would 100% recommend.

Easy to arrive to the place, the staff was kind and explained things well. Location is one of the best things, is close to citi center and there is good transportation available. Rooms were clean and the bathroom was very good. Breakfast is worth the 8 €

Very close to the city center and main tourist attractions and destinations. Very clean, looks like renowated recently. Bathrooms are great, clean and like-new. There is no mold or dirt etc. You can feel like in some kind of hotel.

The staff is incredible! Everyone was super welcoming and helpful, the place itself is super beautiful, room was super nice and clean! The hostel has a lot of activities, and would be perfect for people who travel alone or with friends – they have movie nights, game nights, workshops – whatever you like – they have it. It has an amazing bar with a magnificent bartender who will surprise you with any drink. Breakfast is also super cool – has something new and exciting every day. I feel like for any type of request or problem – staff was able to resolve and help with all 😭🖤 The location is perfect – it's the very center of the city, close to metro and busses – but at the same time ssafe and quiet enough for you to get sleep and not be overwhelmed. Can't wait to come again and spend more time there💫 P.S. No jokes, the best pizza we tried – was from Carlo the cook! (order at the bar)

The location is excellent, only a 10 minute walk from Fontana di Trevi, 15 minutes from the Pantheon and 20 minutes from the Colosseum. The rooms are spacious with large padlockable drawers to store your luggage. The food and drink at the restaurant/bar is delicious and reasonably priced considering it's in central Rome. Plenty of social areas to hang out and have a good time as well, or if you just like chilling out on your own like me. The staff are absolutely incredible! Special shout out to Simone, who made my trip to Jo&Joe so welcoming, I couldn't fault his service or friendly demeanor at all. I will definitely be coming back to stay here, just for the service and people alone.
